🛠️ Let's get ahead: End 2023 with a strategic tech tool inventory

Hey Reader,

Happy end of the year! I can't believe we are staring the end of 2023 in the face but I also love looking ahead and I'm excited to spend the end of the year doing some of my favorite things - including my annual review and my annual tech inventory.

The quieter days of December offer a rare break in our usually busy schedules. It's a chance to do what we often postpone: a thorough review of our tech stack. It's a great time to pause, reflect and look ahead. While it's a season for relaxation, it's also an ideal opportunity for strategic planning - especially when it comes to your business technology.

🎯 JUST DO IT - Start Your Annual Tech Inventory

Let's focus on not just listing our tools but with the goal of understanding them better in the year ahead. What's really driving value in your business? Where could you streamline and save?

This week I chatted with a colleague who decided to do some tech inventory for her business, she was able to cancel some tools immediately realizing they were not being used, and then we were able to find her an new email marketing and social media tool and save her hundreds of dollars in tech expenses next year!

🌟 Immediate Benefit of an Annual Tech Review

Cost-Efficiency! Get a clear picture of your tech-related spending so that you can spot opportunities to cut costs, potentially reallocating those funds towards more impactful areas.

🛠️ Using the Tech Inventory Template

To aid in this process, revisit the Tech Inventory Google Sheet Template I shared earlier. If you missed it, you can grab a copy for your Google Drive here. It's more than a list; it's the first step towards a more efficient, cost-effective, and streamlined tech strategy.

📈 I can help set you up for success in 2024

By starting your tech review now, Reader, you're setting yourself up for a more organized, stress-free, and productive year ahead. Remember, this isn't just an end-of-year task; it's the groundwork for a smoother, streamlined, and successful next year. If you have questions about doing your own tech inventory, HIT REPLY AND LET ME KNOW! I'm happy to provide feedback and make tool recommendations.

Cheers,
Juli
